TAHINI  SAUCE & INGREDIENTS 


Ingredients:

 1/2 cup Tahini Paste
 1/4 cup lemon juice
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1/2 cup water
Salt, to taste
 1/2 tea spoon paprika, cumin, (Optional)

Instructions:

Place Tahini Paste in a bowl, whisk it, and add 1/4 cup of water.
Crushed the garlic cloves and combine it with lemon juice, rest it for 5 to 10 minutes add the salt, then mix it into tahini paste. 
Using a fork or a whisk, start whisking vigorously. After a couple of minutes, it will become thick, homogenized, and lighter in color.whisk until the tahini sauce become smooth and creamy, add paprika and cumin powder  (it's optional )
 You can make the tahini sauce in blender or food processor. 
 In a blender or food processor, combine tahini paste, lemon juice, garlic, and water.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed.
Season with salt and spices (if using).

STORAGE 

“Once the tahini is mixed with water, doesn't refrigerate  last for more than five to seven days in the fridge.

TIPS TO MAKE DELICIOUS TAHINI SAUCE:

  • Use Lemon Juice or Vinegar
