For making the base crust, usually use the crumbs of graham crackers, mix with melted butter, set it in an 8 inch springform pan and press well with the help of a spoon. Be careful the base of the cake should be of equal thickness on all sides. (Graham crackers is easily available on online shops,if you have not you can use Marie Biscuits ,Digestives biscuits use for making crumbs, you can also use bread crumbs), the next step is prepared chicken layer, the make the chicken for layer, boil the chicken with cloves of garlic and salt,after dried the juices and water, shredded the chicken, you can cut into diced the chicken, add Soy sauce or fish sauce (for umami) Hot sauce (e.g., sriracha),herbs cilantro or thyme, black pepper,the next layer of vegetables, Sauteed vegetables ,onions, bell peppers, button mushrooms,cabbage,  mix in mayonnaise spread on the chicken, and mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese, bake the cake until light golden brown in colour,  then icing with sour cream, and cream cheese mixture, decorated with veggies flowers.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter 
  • Cheese:
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 8 ounce sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 boil egg(grated )
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chicken: Cooked, shredded or diced, seasoned with herbs and spices.
  • Vegetables:
  • 1 onion (Fine Chopped)
  • 1 small Bell peppers(julienne cuttings )
  • 1/4Mushrooms( roughly chopped)
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tablespoon Cucumbers (roughly chopped & slices for garnish )
  •  Flavour Enhancers:
  • 1 teaspoon sauce or fish sauce (for umami)
  • 1 teaspoon sauce (e.g., sriracha)
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme)as required

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) 5 minutes before bake the cake.

Layering Ideas:

Prepare the crust.
Crush crackers in an electric chopper,or grinder to make the crumbs, add butter, mix well and make a crust in the bottom of an 8 inch springform pan and press, make sure the crust thickness is equal on all sides.
How to prepare layer of chicken:
Layer 1:
Whisk cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Fold shredded Chicken and shredded cheese.Spread on the crust .
Layer 2:
Sauteed vegetables ,onions, bell peppers, button mushrooms mix in mayonnaise spread on the chicken.
 Layer 3:
More chicken mixture, topped with shredded cheese.
Toppings: Additional cheese, chopped herbs.

HOW TO BAKE THE CHICKEN CHEESE CAKE :

Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes approximately, until golden brown from the edges.
Leave it until properly cool down, now with the help of butter knife
alongside chicken cheesecake to loosen.
Refrigerate it for 2-3 hrs, remove gently the springform pan.

GARNISH WITH CREAM CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM :

The top layer is garnished with Cream cheese and sour cream mixture, garnished with cucumber slices, different tomato and carrot flowers.
