Ingredients for Making Fried Chicken:
For Marination:

  • 6 pieces of Chicken fillets ( Thighs /breast )
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon chilli sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • Oil for deep frying as required

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon white chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon chicken powder
  • ½ teaspoon Ajeenomoto
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes (optional )

  • Making Fried Chicken:

Step 1:

Preparation:

Remove the bones of chicken and make chicken fillets.
Wash the chicken fillets with tap water.

Step 2:
Marinate the Chicken:

Mix all the marinade and chicken fillets, leave for 2-3 hours for marination. 

Step 3:
Coating the Chicken fillets:

Mix the flour, cornflour, salt, garlic powder, white chilli powder, chicken powder, Ajeenomoto, Black pepper powder, baking powder ,red chilli flakes.and coat the marinated chicken fillets, dust the excess coating and dip the chicken fillets in chilled water, and now again coat the fillet with flour coating.

Step 5
Fry the coated chicken fillets:

Dip chicken breasts in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
In a frying-pan deep fry the chicken fillets on medium high heat for 3-4 minutes turn the fillet and fry again for 3-4 minutes, remove the chicken fillets from the oil, leave them until they cool, again fry the chicken fillets to make sure they are properly cooked crispy and golden brown. 

Step 6:
Assemble the Burger :

Toast the Burger Bun on the grill pan, or greased skillet 30 to 45 seconds, both sides.
Spread the Zinger sauce on the bun, add lettuce / Iceberg lettuce, fried chicken fillets, Mayo garlic sauce,slice of cheese, and tomato slices on the upper part of the bun.
Serve hot.
Serve with French fries, Mayonnaise mix, julien cut cabbage.
