Step 1: Preparation Of Cottage Cheese:
Ingredients :
- 2 litters full cream milk
- ¼ cup Lemon juice or white vinegar
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
Slightly warm the milk, add lemon juice or vinegar, and leave it 5 to 6 minutes. Add vinegar and remove from heat. Stir mixture slowly with help of spatula until curds form, 1 to 2 minutes.

Place 40 grams of chocolate in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds on 30% power. Stir the chocolate and again place it in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Chocolate is completely melted lightly beaten to remove lumps remaining in the melted chocolate.

Take cold 200 grams heavy cream, in a chilled bowl, Beat the cream on low speed of electric beater, gradually increase to high-speed of beater ,beat until the cream is thick, fluffy, and billowy and stiff peaks are formed when you lift up your beater and you get a nice peak and it holds its shape. The whipped cream is ready.

Ingredients:
- 250 g Cottage Cheese
- 40 g dark chocolate
- 40 g confectioners sugar
- 2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
- 20 g Chia Seeds (2 tbsp)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 g whipped cream
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend the cheese in an electric blender, you need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender jar and again blend until form in completely smooth texture. Add 1 or two tablespoons of milk or water to help it blend well.
