1/2 pounds boneless, chicken thighs , cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil / vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon Kecap manis

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 cup chopped scallions for garnish
