INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
DIRECTION:
In a large bowl combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and sugar powder, Sift the flour in a sieve to dry ingredients well combined.Lukewarm water gradually added the dry ingredients to make a dough. Knead the dough, knead it well so that it becomes elastic, smooth and soft. This process takes approximately 10 minutes, after that, cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave it for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal size portions and make a ball of each portion.
Dusting the extra flour on the rolling board and rolling pin to prevent the dough sticking on the rolling board or rolling pin, roll each ball to make the sheet even as thin and thin as possible. Cut the dough in round shape with the help of the rim of the glass or cookies cutter.
Take aside all the sheet, brush the oil on the each sheet cover it with plastic wrap to prevent the dry wrapper sheets.
STEP 2
PREPARE THE FILLING:
- 1/2 pound large prawns, 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup scallions the green onions
- ¼ cup cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Peeled and chopped the prawn, finely chopped scallions and cabbage.Mix all ingredients such as minced prawn, cabbage, scallions, garlic, soy sauce,oyster sauce,sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Heat the cooking oil in a skillet, add all mix ingredients for 1 minute only. Leave the filling to cool down.

HOW TO COOK DUMPLINGS:
There are several ways to cook the dumplings. You can steam the dumplings, boil the dumplings, or fry in a pan. You can also cook the dumplings in an air fryer.COOK THE DUMPLINGS BY STEAMING :
